Overview

The facelifted model of the European-spec Ford Focus debuted last year has been officially unveiled in China. Its styling is mildly different. This model is available as a sedan and a hatchback and has a non-electrified four-cylinder gasoline engine under the hood.

An Overview Of Interiors, Comfort, And Cargo

There are two things I particularly like about the interior of the 2023 Ford Focus. One is the position of the turn signal lever, which was briefly mentioned in the third issue. Just like in Japanese cars, it’s on the right side. In a right-hand drive car, you use your left hand to operate the air conditioning, audio, etc.; I’m pleased about this.

Another thing is the location of the handbrake. This is also located on the right side of the center console, on the driver’s side. When the back seats are folded down, the boot has 341 liters of space; however, vehicles with an upgraded B&O sound system and a little spare wheel have 273 liters less space.

Petrol engines

Ford has simplified the engine lineup for the Focus with the facelift. Now, just three versions of the 1.0-litre three-cylinder petrol engine are available. two of which feature mild-hybrid assistance.
